What You'll Do
- Identify and pitch IndiaSchool.ai to parent, schools, coaching centres, and educational institutions
- Conduct tailored product demos and presentations based on decision-makers' needs
- Build trusted relationships with parents, principals, academic directors, and leadership teams
- Close institutional contracts and oversee smooth onboarding experiences
- Track key metrics while consistently meeting monthly and quarterly targets
- Share market intelligence that sharpens our go-to-market playbook
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of B2C and/or B2B sales experience (EdTech, SaaS, or education preferred)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection
- Working knowledge of CBSE / ICSE curriculum or willingness to learn fast
- Comfortable in a high-velocity startup environment
- Fluency in English; Hindi and regional languages are a plus
